Eligibility:
- The competition is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any agencies or companies directly associated with the competition are ineligible to enter.
- Entrants must have an active TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram account and must follow Dust and Bullets Western on one or more of these platforms to be eligible.

How to Enter:
- To enter, eligible participants must place an order:
- Online: Use the code during checkout to receive a discount and be entered into the draw.
- In-store: Show this promotional post in-store to receive a discount and be entered into the draw.
- The minimum spend to qualify for an entry is $60 per transaction (excluding shipping). and use the code "GETTINOLD"
- Entrants can enter multiple times, with each qualifying purchase constituting a new entry.
- Entrants must provide a valid phone number at checkout to be contacted in the event of winning.

Competition Period:
- The competition opens at 4PM (AEST) on 27th September 2024 and closes at 5:59 PM (AEST) on 28th October 2024 ("Competition Period").
- Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted or considered.

Prize Details:
- The prize package includes:

- Return flights for 2 people from the winner’s nearest capital city (domestic flights only).
- 2 Permian A reserve tickets ( Think front row seats)
- 2 nights’ accommodation at the Vibe Sydney Hotel for 2 people (check-in on 31st January 2024, check-out on 2nd February 2024).
- À la carte dining experience for 2 at Infinity restaurant, Sydney.
- $100 gift card for an in-store VIP shopping experience at Dust and Bullets Western.
- Additional goodies (undisclosed items as part of the prize package).
- The total prize value is approximately AUD $5,000 (including flights, accommodation, dining, concert tickets, and gift card).
- Any additional costs not explicitly mentioned (e.g., transport to and from airports, food outside the dining experience) are the responsibility of the winner.
- Prize components are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

Winner Selection:
- The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries at 6:00 PM (AEST) on 30th October 2024 at the Promoter’s business premises.
- The winner will be contacted via the phone number provided at checkout. The winner must answer the phone call within 5 rings to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in the Promoter redrawing the competition.
- The winner will be publicly announced on Dust and Bullets Western’s social media platforms by 7:00 PM (AEST) on 30th October 2024.

Claiming the Prize:
- The prize must be claimed and used in full on the specified dates
- 1st February 2025). If the winner is unable to attend, the prize will be forfeited, and a re-draw may occur at the Promoter's discretion.
- If the winner wishes to withdraw from the competition or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw and select an alternative winner.

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable:
- The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for the prize. The prize cannot be sold or auctioned off.

Social Media and Content Creation:
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be comfortable with being featured on Dust and Bullets Western’s social media platforms. This may include, but is not limited to, photos, videos, and other content documenting their experience with the prize.
- The winner may also be asked to participate in content creation for social media, documenting parts of their experience such as the concert, VIP shopping, or other prize elements.

Travel and COVID-19 Restrictions:
- The prize includes return flights from the winner’s nearest major capital city (Australia only). Travel to and from the airport is not included.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any changes in concert scheduling or cancellations due to COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances.
- The winner is responsible for ensuring they comply with any travel restrictions, health advisories, or requirements (e.g., proof of vaccination) at the time of travel.

Privacy and Data Collection:
- By entering, entrants agree to provide personal information including, but not limited to, their name, phone number, and address. This information is collected solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be used for other purposes without the entrant’s consent, in line with Australian privacy laws.

General Terms:
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, providing false information, or acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- If for any reason the competition is unable to proceed as planned (due to technical failures, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other causes), the Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition, subject to regulatory approval.
- The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of the competition are final and binding on all entrants, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Liability:
- The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering the competition or taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that they release and hold harmless the Promoter, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from the competition or prize, to the extent permitted by law.

- This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
