A Country Christmas

Pre-ordering secured your size before our Country Christmas stock arrives. We order from our maker based on exactly what was pre-ordered, so every size is covered.

Pre-orders closed Tuesday 6 October at midnight (AEDT). If you missed out, join the waitlist on any item and we'll email you if extra stock lands in your size.

Stock is expected to land with us around 23–24 November. This is an estimate based on information from our maker and freight partners.

As soon as it arrives, our team quality checks and packs every order. You'll get a shipping email with tracking once yours is on its way.

The date above is when we expect the stock to reach us. Delivery from our warehouse to your door takes additional time.

For Australian addresses, that's the plan. With stock expected in late November, we'll have orders packed and sent weeks ahead of the Australia Post Christmas cut-off dates.

International delivery times vary, so we can't promise arrival before Christmas outside Australia.

If anything changes with the timeline, we'll email you straight away.

We do everything we can to meet the estimated timeframe, but delays can occasionally happen during production, customs clearance or shipping.

These stages are managed by external manufacturers and freight providers, so some delays may be outside our control.

If there's a significant change, we'll update you by email. Please make sure the email address used at checkout is correct.

Any in-stock items ordered with a pre-order item are held and shipped together once the pre-order arrives.

We're unable to split a combined order after it has been placed.

Adult footy shorts come in unisex XS to 7XL, kids footy shorts in sizes 2 to 14, and baby footy shorts in 000 to 0.

The adult tee comes in S to 5XL, the kids tee in 2 to 14, and the baby romper in 000 to 0.

Every size is the same price.

Our footy shorts are a unisex, true-to-size fit. Women usually take their normal size or one down for a closer fit. For kids, most parents size up to get more wear.

If you're between sizes or need help choosing, email customer@dustandbulletswestern.com. Our team can offer guidance, but the final size selection is yours.

Please allow for a small manufacturing variance of approximately ±2 cm.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update your size before our final quantities are submitted.

Address changes must be requested before your shipping label is created. Once an order has been dispatched, we can't guarantee the parcel can be redirected.

Our production quantities are based on confirmed pre-orders, so cancellations can't be guaranteed once your order has been placed.

Once you receive your order, our standard returns policy applies.

Returns must be requested within 30 days, and items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached.

Purchases made during a sale or with a discount code are eligible for store credit only. Please read our complete returns policy before purchasing.

Please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos.

Our team will assess it and send instructions. Please don't wear, wash or return the item before contacting us.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We may order a small number of extras, but availability in each size can't be guaranteed.
