1. General

1.1. These terms apply to all purchases made during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale period (the “Sale Period”).
1.2. By purchasing during the Sale Period, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our general store policies, and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and NSW Fair Trading legislation.
1.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the ACL.


2. Offer

2.1. Promotion applies to “up to 70% off sitewide*”.
2.2. Discount levels vary by product. Not all products will be discounted to 70%.
2.3. Exclusions may apply, including (but not limited to) new arrivals, pre-orders, gift cards, mystery bundles, collaborations, and custom or handmade items.
2.4. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless specified.
2.5. Prices shown during the Sale Period supersede all previous offers.


3. Stock Availability

3.1. All items are strictly while stocks last.
3.2. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Stock is only secured once payment is successfully processed.
3.3. Due to overwhelming website traffic and system demand, on rare occasions, items may oversell or become unavailable after checkout.
3.4. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Dust & Bullets Western will:

  • Notify you via email as soon as possible; and

  • Issue a full refund for the out-of-stock item(s) to the original payment method.
    3.5. Refunds for unavailable stock will be processed within 3–5 business days.
    3.6. We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders if stock errors or technical malfunctions occur.


4. Shipping & Dispatch (Online Orders)

4.1. Due to increased order volumes, dispatch times may be delayed by up to 5 business days from the date of order.
4.2. Our standard dispatch timeframe of 1–3 business days will resume after the Sale Period.
4.3. Choosing “Express Post” refers only to the postal service used by Australia Post — it does not guarantee priority packing during the sale.
4.4. Dust & Bullets Western is not liable for delivery delays caused by postal services or incorrect addresses.
4.5. Once your parcel has been lodged, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.


5. In-Store Purchases

5.1. Sale prices apply in-store at 159 Swan Street, Morpeth NSW 2321 during the Sale Period, while stock lasts.
5.2. Sale prices and availability may vary between online and in-store.
5.3. Please check all sizes and items before completing your purchase, as sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where the ACL applies.


6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Sale Items)

6.1. All sale items purchased during the Sale Period are final saleno refunds or exchanges will be offered for:

  • Incorrect size or fit;

  • Change of mind;

  • Found it cheaper elsewhere; or

  • Purchased the wrong item.

    6.2. This does not affect your statutory rights under the ACL. If an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.
    6.3. Remedies under the ACL may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on whether the fault is major or minor.
    6.4. To lodge a faulty item claim, please contact us with your order number, photos, and details of the fault for assessment.
    6.5. Mystery boxes, clearance items, and other “final sale” promotions are strictly non-returnable unless faulty.


7. Refunds Due to Out-of-Stock Items

7.1. During high-traffic periods, technical or system delays may cause inventory errors where items appear available but are sold out.
7.2. If this occurs, Dust & Bullets Western will:

  • Notify you by email;

  • Cancel the unavailable item(s); and

  • Automatically refund the affected product(s) to your original payment method.
    7.3. Refunds will be processed promptly, generally within 3–5 business days.
    7.4. Partial orders (where some items are available and others are not) will still be shipped, with refunds applied to unavailable products only.


8. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

8.1. Dust & Bullets Western complies fully with the ACL.
8.2. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
8.3. For any concerns, please contact our team so we can assist in accordance with your statutory rights.


9. Discounts & Codes

9.1. During the Sale Period, standard discount codes (including new-subscriber, influencer, and loyalty codes) will be temporarily disabled. Orders where a discount code is used on top of the site wide discount will be subjected to be refunded at our discretion.
9.2. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before or after the Sale Period.

11. Amendments & Errors

11.1. Dust & Bullets Western reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time in the event of system errors, stock issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
11.2. Pricing or product listing errors may be corrected without prior notice. Customers affected will be contacted and refunded if necessary.
11.3. Any amendments will not affect orders already accepted and processed, unless a genuine error has occurred.
