Black Friday 2026: please allow extra time

Black Friday is an extremely busy time of year for us. For orders placed from 12 to 17 November 2026, please allow up to 15 days for your order to be posted, then Australia Post delivery times apply. Our warehouse team are working hard to get every order to you.

During Black Friday, from 10am AEDT on 12 November to 11:59pm AEDT on 17 November 2026, our usual $180 free-shipping threshold is suspended. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Express Post speeds up delivery once your parcel is sent, but it doesn't get your order packed any sooner.

Please check your details, including your delivery address, before you pay. If your order has already been posted when we receive a request to cancel, we can no longer cancel it.

Please note that once an item is shipped it no longer falls under our control.

Standard in-stock orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days. For orders placed during Black Friday, from 10am AEDT on 12 November to 11:59pm AEDT on 17 November 2026, allow as long as 15 days before dispatch. Delivery time is additional. Pre-orders follow the timeframe stated on the product page.

You will be issued a tracking number. This information will be emailed to the nominated email address or phone number - so please make sure your details are correct on checkout.

Our Domestic and Express post shipping rates are based on weight of your items and can vary from $9 to $20 with FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD for orders over $180

• Please allow 8 - 12 days for normal shipping.
• Please allow 2-7 days for express post shipping time frame.

Once items are fulfilled at our warehouse a tracking number will be sent to the contact details you entered at checkout. Please ensure these are correct to avoid any confusion.

If the post or courier cannot deliver for whatever reason they may leave a card with an alternate delivery location (local Post Office or similar).

The cost of shipping is weight dependent and can range between $15 - $30.
