Returns Policy
We want you to love your Dust & Bullets Western purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
Returns must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, pet hair or other marks and odours
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Sale Items & Discount Codes
Any order purchased using a discount code, promotional offer or marked as a sale item is eligible for store credit only.
These orders cannot be refunded to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to secure your preferred size or style is to:
- Submit a return request and select store credit.
- Once your return has been approved and processed, use your store credit to place a new order.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit and will not refund any products lost in transit.Â
How to Return Your Order
Step 1
Submit your return request through our returns portal:
Important: If you purchased your item using a discount code or during a sale, please select store credit as your refund method.
Step 2
Prepare your return by ensuring:
- All tags are attached
- The item is unworn and in original condition
- The item is free from perfume, makeup, fake tan and pet hair
- The item is placed in its original packaging where possible
Step 3
Include your name and order number inside your return parcel - If you do not we can not match the product to order and you won’t receive a refund

Step 5
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 7–14 business days for processing.
Step 6
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
Please allow 3–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos.
Right to Reject Returns
