Please note that once an item is shipped it no longer falls under our control. 

All order are shipped within 3 days of purchase and you will be issued a tracking number. This information will be emailed to the nominated email address or phone number - so please make sure your details are correct on checkout.

Our emails and phones are only monitored during business hours excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

Our Domestic and Express post shipping rates are based on weight of your items and can vary from $9 to $20.

• Please allow 8 - 12 days for normal shipping.
• Please allow 2-7 days for express post shipping time frame.

 

Once items are fulfilled at our warehouse a tracking number will be sent to the contact details you entered at checkout. Please ensure these are correct to avoid any confusion. 

If the post or courier cannot deliver for whatever reason they may leave a card with an alternate delivery location (local Post Office or similar).

 

The cost of shipping is weight dependent and can range between $15 - $30.

• Please allow 14 days for international shipping. 

You will be contacted via our chosen delivery service for delivery requests.

Please check your emails and text messages for tracking info. (Sometimes these emails may get caught in your Spam folder.)

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

Orders are shipped on week days only excluding public holidays.

Please note: Shipping days do not include public holidays. Any orders placed on a public holiday will be fulfilled and shipped next working business day.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order using the tracking number provided.
