Return Window:
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returns for sale items are NON REFUNDABLE or those outside the 30-day window will only be eligible for store credit.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- In the same condition as when you received it.
- Unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, we do not cover the cost of postage for returns.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at customer@dustandbulletswestern.com so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out to us.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
