1. Eligibility

1.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees of Dust & Bullets Western, its affiliates, partners, suppliers, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
1.3. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that all decisions made by Dust & Bullets Western are final.

2. How to Enter

2.1. To enter, customers must place an order of any value either in-store or online between Friday, 14 November 2025 9am and Sunday, 16 November 2025 11:59pm (AEDT) (“Promotion Period”).
2.2. Every qualifying purchase equals one (1) automatic entry.
2.3. Orders placed outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
2.4. No entry fee is required beyond the value of the order itself.

3. Prize Details

3.1. The total prize includes:

  • Two (2) General Admission tickets to Howlin’ Country Newcastle on, 14 February 2025; and

  • Two (2) nights’ accommodation at The Rydges Newcastle, checking in Friday, 13 February 2025 and checking out Sunday, 15 November 2025.

3.2. Transport is not included and is the sole responsibility of the winner.
3.3. The prize is valid only for these fixed dates and cannot be exchanged, altered, transferred, or postponed.
3.4. Tickets and accommodation cannot be resold, transferred, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
3.5. Approximate total prize value: $1200 AUD.

4. Accommodation Conditions

4.1. The accommodation will be booked under the winner’s name for the specified dates at The Rydges Newcastle.
4.2. The winner and their guest must comply with all hotel policies, terms of stay, and house rules, including but not limited to noise, conduct, and property damage.
4.3. Any damages, theft, or additional charges incurred during the stay (including but not limited to minibar, cleaning fees, or damage repairs) will be the full responsibility of the winner and/or guest, and must be settled directly with the hotel.
4.4. Dust & Bullets Western will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or incident that occurs during the stay or attendance at the event.

5. Draw and Winner Notification

5.1. The winner will be drawn at random on or before Saturday, 22 November 2025.
5.2. The winner will be contacted by phone (using the contact number provided at checkout).
5.3. The winner must answer within three (3) phone rings to claim their prize. If the winner does not answer, Dust & Bullets Western reserves the right to immediately draw another winner.
5.4. The winning name may also be announced publicly via Dust & Bullets Western’s social media channels and/or email newsletter.
5.5. The promoter reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity before awarding the prize.

6. Event Conditions

6.1. Howlin’ Country Newcastle is an independent event and is not affiliated, sponsored, or endorsed by Dust & Bullets Western.
6.2. Event attendance is subject to all Howlin’ Country Newcastle ticketing terms and venue entry requirements.
6.3. Dust & Bullets Western is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or any changes to the concert or accommodation beyond its control.
6.4. In the event the Howlin’ Country event is cancelled, the prize will be deemed forfeited, and no substitute or cash alternative will be provided.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

7.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Howlin’ Country, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform used to promote the giveaway.
7.2. Entrants release Howlin’ Country, Meta Platforms, and all associated entities from any liability arising out of participation or acceptance of the prize.
7.3. To the extent permitted by law, Dust & Bullets Western will not be liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered in connection with the promotion or prize use;

  • Technical issues, misdirected entries, or communication failures;

  • Any changes to accommodation, event, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    7.4. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

8. Privacy

8.1. By entering, participants consent to their personal information being used by Dust & Bullets Western for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and (if consented) for future marketing communications.
8.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Dust & Bullets Western’s Privacy Policy.

9. Fair Trading & Legal Compliance

9.1. This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, including the Fair Trading Act 1987 (NSW) and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
9.2. Dust & Bullets Western reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, in compliance with NSW Fair Trading guidelines.
