1. WAIST: For measuring the waist, measure from hip to hip or one side to the other - In the location on your torso where you would like your shorts to sit. ( Our wasit measurment is 1/2 waist - this means from on side to the other, not an entire circle).

7. SIDE SEAM: Measure the side seam lenght from the desired waist locationg down wards - this will determine exactly where the shorts will go to.
