The estimated arrival timeframe is around November 15th. This is an estimate based on the information provided by our manufacturer and freight partners.

As soon as the jeans arrive at our warehouse, our team will complete quality checks and begin packing orders.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Although we do everything possible to meet the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally happen during production, customs clearance or shipping.

These stages are managed by external manufacturers and freight providers, so some delays may be outside our control.

Once the jeans arrive and have passed our quality checks, your order will be packed and sent using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Yes, but any in-stock products purchased with a pre-order item will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

If you would like your in-stock items sent immediately, please place them in a separate order and pay the applicable shipping charge.

We're unable to split a combined order after it has been placed.

Please carefully check the Abby Bell Bottoms size chart and measurement guide before ordering. The measurements are of the jeans. Do not select your size based only on the number you usually wear, as sizing can vary between brands and styles.

Measure your waist, hips, thigh, knee and inseam, then compare your measurements with our chart.

If you're between sizes or need help choosing, please contact us at customer@dustandbulletswestern.com before placing your order. Our team can offer guidance, but the final size selection remains the customer's responsibility.

Please allow for a small manufacturing variance of approximately ±2 cm.

Choose the inseam length closest to your body measurement and consider the shoes or boots you plan to wear with your jeans.

The inseam is measured from the crotch seam down the inside leg to the hem. We recommend measuring a pair of jeans you already own and love for the easiest comparison.

We may be able to update your order before our final quantities are submitted.

Address changes must be requested before your shipping label is created. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the parcel can be redirected.

Please choose carefully before placing your order. Our production quantities are based on confirmed pre-orders, so cancellations cannot be guaranteed once your order has been submitted.

Once you receive your jeans, our standard returns policy applies.

Your return must be requested within 30 days, and the jeans must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached.

Eligible full-priced purchases may be returned in accordance with our returns policy. Purchases made during a sale or using a discount code are eligible for store credit only.
